Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing or using any part of the bpesch Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the bpesch Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

These Terms govern all aspects of the bpesch service including, but not limited to, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, arcade products, account management, payment processing, bonus programs, and customer support interactions.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the bpesch Platform. bpesch strictly enforces this age restriction. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. Any User who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be referred to applicable authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. bpesch is operated and made available to users internationally in accordance with its gaming license. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. bpesch makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on bpesch. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Registration Requirements. To register an Account, you must provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used as the primary account identifier);
• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A secure password of your choosing that meets the minimum complexity requirements displayed during registration;
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.5 Account Verification. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to confirm account activation. Failure to verify your mobile number within the prescribed period will result in automatic account deactivation.

3.6 KYC Completion. Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, Users are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of their valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). bpesch reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

4.1 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bpesch — at registration and at any subsequent time — is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information in the event of any material change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpesch login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bpesch will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify bpesch immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Contact bpesch support via live chat at bpesch.net to report suspected unauthorized account activity. bpesch will investigate all such reports promptly.

4.4 No Transfer of Accounts. Your bpesch Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempted transfer of an Account constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

5.1 Accepted Methods. bpesch accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpesch may modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to active users.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on bpesch is PKR 200 (two hundred rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bpesch; however, your payment provider may impose its own daily or per-transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan, or 1LINK may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your bpesch account balance. bpesch is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

5.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your bpesch Account are your own lawfully obtained funds. The use of credit cards, loans, or funds derived from criminal activity to fund your bpesch Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

5.5 Currency. bpesch does not accept deposits in currencies other than PKR. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be rejected. bpesch does not perform currency conversion.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have completed KYC verification, have a verified Pakistani mobile number linked to their Account, and have a Real Money Balance available after any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.2 Processing Times. bpesch targets withdrawal processing times as follows:

• JazzCash: Under two (2) minutes from approval;
• EasyPaisa: Under two (2) minutes from approval;
• Raast: Under thirty (30) minutes from approval;
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan, 1LINK): Up to four (4) business hours from approval.

These timeframes represent bpesch's standard operating targets. bpesch does not guarantee processing within these windows where delays are caused by payment provider infrastructure, banking holidays, or regulatory verification requirements.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (five hundred rupees). Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

6.4 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account from which the corresponding deposit was made, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered User. bpesch will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.5 Withholding. bpesch reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed transaction. bpesch will notify the User of any withholding within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 General Bonus Rules. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bpesch are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonus Funds must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in any wagering transaction;
• bpesch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus Funds that remain unused after the promotional expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically.

7.2 Welcome Bonus. New bpesch registrants are eligible for the welcome bonus as described on the bpesch promotions page at the time of their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each player once only and is forfeited if a subsequent deposit qualifying for the welcome bonus is not made within the specified timeframe following account registration.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. bpesch actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to exploit wagering requirements, matched betting using bonus funds, and coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts. Any User found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their Real Money Balance reviewed prior to any withdrawal being processed.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bpesch are subject to acceptance by bpesch at its sole discretion. bpesch reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time and without providing a reason. In the event a bet is refused, any staked funds will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance.

8.2 Odds. All odds displayed on bpesch are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the odds at the time of placement are locked for that transaction.

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by bpesch in circumstances including: premature match abandonment, errors in odds compilation, technical errors in the betting system, or where bpesch has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation. Voided bets result in the return of the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered at bpesch's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice. bpesch is not liable for bets placed based on delayed, interrupted, or incorrect live data feeds.

8.5 Cricket Betting. For PSL, Pakistan national team, and ICC tournament markets: match result bets stand once the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result have been completed, as per the governing tournament rules. Specific cricket betting rules covering DLS method applications, no-result matches, and super over outcomes are published in the full Sportsbook Rules document available at bpesch.net.

8.6 Maximum Winnings. bpesch may impose maximum single bet payout limits at its discretion. Where a winning bet would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and any excess liability voided.

9.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on bpesch — including slots, live dealer games, and instant-win products — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures conducted under certified studio conditions. bpesch does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds.

9.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, the affected game round may be rendered void and any stakes returned to the User's account. bpesch's decision on the outcome of a malfunctioned round is final.

9.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round has been completed by the dealer in accordance with the studio's game procedures. bpesch is not liable for misunderstandings arising from audio or visual streaming issues during live game sessions.

9.4 Game Availability. The availability of specific casino games may vary at any time due to provider licensing constraints, technical maintenance, or regulatory requirements. bpesch makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any specific game title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpesch Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity documentation, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to defraud bpesch or other users through any means;
• Money Laundering: Using bpesch for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicitly obtained funds or any other activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match manipulation or participating in any activity related to the manipulation of sporting outcomes;
• Automated Betting: Using software bots, automated betting systems, or scripted programs to place bets or interact with the bpesch Platform without express written authorization from bpesch;
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the bpesch software or games to obtain an unfair financial advantage;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the bpesch Platform;
• Underage Access: Registering or using bpesch while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the Platform.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the bpesch Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of bpesch or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Restricted Use. You may access and use the bpesch Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the bpesch Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the bpesch software or technology infrastructure;
• Using bpesch's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization;
• Creating derivative works based on bpesch content or technology.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party software suppliers on the bpesch Platform remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. bpesch is licensed to distribute such content; Users are not granted any ownership rights therein.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by bpesch is governed by the bpesch Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding component of your agreement with bpesch.

bpesch collects personal data including, but not limited to, your name, mobile number, date of birth, CNIC details, payment method information, and betting/gaming activity data. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

bpesch does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, licensed game providers, and fraud prevention services as required for the operation of the bpesch service and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

bpesch is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players across Pakistan. bpesch provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure timed alerts to notify you of elapsed playing time;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all bpesch services. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed within a minimum 6-month period regardless of any subsequent request to re-open the Account.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpesch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bpesch Platform, even if bpesch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 bpesch's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your verified Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

14.3 bpesch shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bpesch's reasonable control;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security ;
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures or third-party provider errors;
• Your inability to access the bpesch Platform due to local internet service provider failures or device compatibility issues.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bpesch's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bpesch reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Users. Amended Terms will be published on the bpesch website at bpesch.net/terms-conditions with the effective date of the amendment clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the bpesch Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease all use of the bpesch Platform and may close your Account by contacting bpesch support.

For material amendments affecting User rights or obligations — such as changes to deposit methods, withdrawal processing times, or bonus eligibility — bpesch will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through email or in-Platform notification to active users.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpesch's international gaming license is issued.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between you and bpesch, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bpesch customer support at [email protected]. bpesch will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith.

16.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

16.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
